Form will open for Fall 2026 Encampment requests on 3/15/2026.

Service Unit Coordinators and Encampment Directors: Please submit an online request form for encampments. Please note: due dates for encampment requests are as follows: November 15 for reservations between February-August, and April 15 for September-January.

Tents/Seasonal Sites Will Be Closing:

10/19/2026 - Maude Eaton, Runels

10/26/2026 - Cedar Hill, Wind-in-the-Pines

Entire properties will not be available during these times:

Cedar Hill - 10/3, 10/17-10/18, 11/7-11/8, 11/14-11/15, 1/30

Wind in the Pines - 9/25-9/27, 10/18 9 AM-7 PM

There are programs and trainings occuring on property throughout the Fall so not all sites may be available on requested dates

Pricing and Capacity Information
1. Payments: All requests (troops, encampments, etc.) can be paid in full (check or credit card) or you can submit half the fees with the balance due 6 weeks before your rental date. Deposits are due within 48 hours of receiving invoice. If your date is less than 6 weeks, full payment is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice.
  1. Checks can be mailed to: GSEMA, 265 Beaver St, Waltham, MA 02452 Attn: Property Reservations
  2. Credit card payments: arrangements will be made to make Credit Card payments over the phone or via the site reservation system
2. Troop Cancellation or Postponement: Written notice of cancellation must be received 6 weeks prior to your date to receive a refund. Troops who want to postpone a reservation and reschedule must give 4 weeks notice in order to transfer payment to a new date.
3. Council Facilitators: For information/pricing for activities that might be offered at your site (boating, archery, high and low ropes courses) please contact customercare@gsema.org. Your inquiry will be forwarded to our Outdoor Program Department.
