Dear Encampment Director,

Thank you for your time and dedication to planning a wonderful encampment experience for your town and/or service unit. We are excited to provide outdoor adventure activities for your event.

Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability. This information will help us get an idea of what you are looking for, specifics can come later. If you have questions or need help please email customercare@gsema.org

Activities by age level: (not all activities available at every site)
- Daisy and above – Boating and Swimming, STEM Van: Coding and Robots, Ecology, Inventor, Space Science
- Brownie and above - Low Ropes, Indoor Climbing Wall (WIP Only), Indoor High Ropes (WIP Only), Archery, STEM Van: Alternative Energy
- Juniors and above - High Ropes, Outdoor Climbing Wall (Cedar Hill Only), STEM Van: Drones, Museum Escape Room (Cedar Hill only)
  - *please note that high ropes at Runels is for Cadettes and older

Times of the sessions will vary based on activity. High ropes and climbing wall require a 2 hour block all others can be done in 50 minutes to 1 ½ hour blocks. A full detailed schedule of events should be given to a member of the Outdoor Program team who contacts you prior to your event.
