Bronze Award Final Group Report
This Final Group Report assists GSEMA in collecting important details of the project and to begin our Bronze Award final review process. This form should be completed together as a group.

Before submitting the Final Group Report, please:
- Work together with all the girls in the group to answer each question. You can print the below survey out.
- Collect pictures, documents and other files you'd like to share with GSEMA.
You will receive:
- Individual congratulation letters for each Girl Scout.
- Individual Bronze Award certificates for each Girl Scout.
- Authorization to purchase the Bronze Award pin at our Girl Scout shop.
Once you have submitted a Final Group Report online you'll receive a receipt with a copy of your report for your files. Please allow 3-6 weeks for reviewing and processing forms.
