In accordance with GSEMA's Financial Accountability Policies, every troop/group and service unit is required to submit an Annual Troop Financial Report/Annual Service Unit Financial Report Worksheet and a copy of the most recent bank statement to the assigned GSEMA staff member no later than June 30th.

Every troop volunteer is responsible for accounting for all troop/group funds. The Annual Troop Finance Report is used to report how troop funds were managed during the membership year to girls, caregivers, the service unit, and to GSEMA. Effective management of troop funds models financial responsibility for the girls and helps to communicate the value of the Girl Scout program with caregivers.
