TROOP COOKIE PROGRAM OPT-OUT FORM
Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops may elect to opt out of receiving rewards in exchange for an additional $0.05 per package. Girl Scouts are eligible for the theme patch, cookie credit, and reward events once the required milestones have been met in Smart Cookies.
Please fill out the information below AFTER obtaining a unanimous decision from all of the Girl Scouts in the troop. The form must be submitted no later than March 1, 2026.
